2011 Defined Contribution Plan Sponsor Satisfaction & Loyalty StudyIn the 2011 study, Diversified was recognized as the number one recordkeeper and leading provider in more than 20 categories.
Chatham Partners 2011In the 2011 client satisfaction survey, Diversified exceeded the benchmark of 13 leading industry providers for both overall impressions as well as specific products and services, receiving a loyalty score of 144% of the benchmark and earning "Best in Class" in many categories. In the 2011 post-transition analysis, Diversified outperformed Chatham's post-transition benchmark for 20 of 21 measures, and 100% of new clients rated Diversified as "Best in Class" for overall satisfaction.

PLANSPONSOR's 2011 Defined Contribution SurveyIn the 2011 national benchmarking study, Diversified received more "Best in Class" cups than its peers serving the large plan market and a total of 38 cups across all markets.

2012 Eddy Awards from Pensions & InvestmentsDiversified's tailored educational campaigns were recognized in more categories at Pensions & Investments' 2012 Eddy Awards than any other service provider. Diversified and five of its clients were presented with seven Eddy awards. |
Boston Research Group's DCP 2011 is a nationwide study of 1,454 401(k) plan sponsors, including 41 Diversified clients, with $5 million or more in plan assets. The data were collected April through July 2011.
Chatham Partners' client satisfaction survey results are based on a broad survey of Diversified clients. 1,057 surveys were mailed to Diversified full service defined contribution clients, and 676 Diversified clients responded. Chatham Partners conducts similar surveys for 11 other leading retirement plan providers who are included in the benchmark. Chatham Partners' post-transition survey results are based on a survey of clients with $25 million or more in plan assets who recently transitioned to Diversified. Thirty-one interviews were completed. Chatham Partners conducts similar surveys for 12 other leading retirement plan providers who are included in the benchmark.
In June through August 2011, PLANSPONSOR sent approximately 50,000 survey questionnaires to defined contribution plan sponsors. 6,885 usable responses, including 224 from Diversified clients, were received. The "Best in Class" references in this presentation are service categories in which Diversified achieved top quartile scores.
